Alex G. is available for a range of projects, from short-term gigs to long-term engagements. He offers his services in a variety of settings, including shows, weddings, events, clubs, gigs, and more.

With over 150 live performances and concert experiences, Alex G. is a skilled and adaptable team player, able to improvise across a broad spectrum of musical contexts.

If required, he can prepare for performances with as little as one week’s notice.

Services offered:

  • Alex G. is available as a professional guitarist for artists, singer-songwriters, music directors, orchestra conductors, and producers in need of a guitarist for gigs, TV shows, events, concerts, or even tours.

    He is proficient in reading sheet music, as well as recreating and improvising to suit any performance situation.

    Alex covers a wide range of repertoires, including English, Thai, Korean, Chinese, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Vietnamese songs, spanning genres like Rock, Pop, Top 40, Ballads, and more.

  • Alex G. can also compose parts and write solos tailored to your specific needs and requests during recording sessions.

Terms & Conditions

All engagements must be paid with 50% downpayment one week prior to performance, recording, tour, etc via Bank Transfer or PayNow. This is a non-refundable service. 

A minimum notice of 48 hours must be given in order to reschedule the lesson. No-show and full cancellations will not be refunded.

Session Dates

Alex G. offers professional side-man guitarist services for artists, singer-songwriters, music directors, orchestra conductors, and producers in need of a guitarist for gigs, TV shows, events, concerts, and tours. He is skilled in reading sheet music, recreating parts, and improvising as needed for each performance.

Live Rig Setup

Alex G.’s analog live rig doesn’t require miking a loud amp. Instead, his TwoNotes product connects directly to the house sound system via XLR cables, providing a clean, direct signal. For events that require stage volume, he can use his Friedman Mic-no-mo’ (No Mic) system to simulate the sound of an SM57, also using an XLR connection.

Many sound engineers now prefer zero stage volume, especially when in-ear monitoring systems are used, and Alex’s setup is perfect for these conditions.

No amps allowed at the show? No problem! Alex G. has a custom pedalboard designed for this scenario, delivering a direct signal straight into the house sound system via XLR cable.

Recording sessions can take place either at your studio or in Alex’s personal home studio. For sessions at his home studio, completed tracks will be sent to you via email.
